ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

• Full payment is required upon confirmation of purchase.

• Goods sold and collected are not returnable or exchangeable.

• Same-day delivery is not available. Cut off time at 3pm for next day delivery.

• No amendment is allowed between order confirmation and collection / delivery.

• Products may contain allergens, non-edible, sharp-edged, and/or choking decorative components.

• Refer to product label for storage temperature and handling instructions.

• Our products contain no added preservatives. Temperature fluctuation may affect the quality and shelf life of our products. Lavender will not be responsible if the defect is caused by the customer’s mishandling and misuse of the product.

• Deliveries can be earlier or later than your preferred timing as they are subjected to traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure the receiver’s mobile number is reachable. There are times when our drivers need to confirm the receiver’s attendance at the stated delivery address before they proceed with the delivery, and there are times when our drivers need to contact you as they are unable to locate the address provided.

• Should there be no receiver at the delivery destination, orders will be returned to our HQ. Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, full payment will be forfeited and goods will be disposed of if not collected within the same day.

• Product must be checked and will be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.
