    You need to click on "Forgot Password" at the sign in page and follow the steps to reset a new password.
  • Did I get any discount due to first time purchase?
    You should become a member by log in your E-mail. After member register success, we will send a discount voucher with promote code via your E-mail.
  • How do I place an order?
    Log In by E-mail. If want to buy baking ingredients then click on "Baking Ingredients". Select the Baking Ingredients you want. Then, select for which ADD-ON items you want After done, then add to cart. Then, you can go through the cart and click on "View Cart". Lastly, you just click on "Checkout" and make the payment.
  • How to gain the points?
    The seller will based on how many amount that you pay and give you the point. RM1 = 1 points
  • How to redeem the point reward?
    You can click on "My Rewards" to copy the coupon code and use it in checkout page. 100 points = RM1
